Troubles when refresh site

While im editing my site looks like this http://i.imgur.com/9anbk3r.png which is good but when i refresh my changes my site looks like that http://i.imgur.com/281OF8y.png. I already tried to desactivate the other plugins but it didn't worked.
I fixed it. I needed to delete my cache. Sorry
