Troubles getting logo and menu right

Recently we switched WebHost and for some reason, our logo appears broken. Take a look at https://www.gomezzo.se/ at the top left corner. It tries to load the logo from https://gomezzo.com.secherinc.com.secherinc.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/logo-uni4.png but the logo is at https://gomezzo.com.secherinc.com.secherinc.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/04/logo-uni4.png - where the secherinc.com.secherinc.com part comes from I don't know but I guess the reason could be that secherinc.com is sat as the main domain with the host and that gomezzo.se is a folder. I tried to solve this myself but I can't figure out what's wrong. I think it could be something I did wrong when doing all these logo setups but there I never indicated a specific URL. Any ideas?

Looks like that's using the old navigation logo option under Layout > Primary Navigation.

Can you remove that first, then upload the logo under Site Identity, then activated this option?
