Trouble with button color using theme templates

Hello!
I have been trying out different theme templates from your library and I can not change the colour of buttons using the settings in the WP panel.
Most of the other things are changeable but buttons seem to be troublesome.
How can I change the colour of the buttons (base and hover) plus the text (base and hover).
WP-version: 6.1.1
GP version: 3.3.0
GP Premium: 2.3.0

Hi there,
most of the sites in the library that use the block editor are using the specific colors set in Customizer > Colors -> Global Color pallet.
If you modify a color in that pallet it will update any elements that used the color. This applies to buttons too.
Thank you, that did the trick! I did not realize I needed to change a previously set global colour to my colour.

There is still something not working or me doing wrong. :(
I have made changes and I can see the new colour on the home page. Going to another page removes (?) the colour.
Found a setting for cache for dynamic css which I un-checked and after that my color changes work more as expected :)
