trigger sticky header at a different scroll point

The sticky header slides into view after about 100px of scrolling down the page (that's a guess) How can I change the amount of scrolling that is used to trigger the sticky header to fade in?
Hi Henry.
there isn't currently an easy way to do this. I will check with Tom if he will be implementing a filter to make this change.
