Tried to customize but got a error message

Hi,
I just paid to renew for another year of the license for the theme (a few days ago). Just now I tried to customize the theme but received this error message--"You need a higher level of permission.
Sorry, you are not allowed to customize this site."
Pls advise.

can you make sure the GP Plugin is enabled.

Hi,
it's working now, I renamed the plugin folder and it fixed the problem. I named the plugin back to its original name after that.
