Hi there!
Hope you help me to create travel tips page like this:

1 - Dropdown address in the main menu.
2- A main picture on the page.
3- The page includes icons for an internal pages and so.

1. What do you mean by dropdown address? The menu is all handled by the WordPress menu system:

2. The main picture with text on top of it? If so our header element module is built for that:

3. I would recommend using Gutenberg columns for that.
