Transparent primary menu

Hello

I'd like to make my primary menu transparent, but sticky menu red (this is done).

Now, I tried in colors -> primary navigation and changed there, but it doesn't really blend with hero (hero is an element).
Tried this solution also, but didn't really work.

Is there any easy fix?
