How do i create a transparent header so the logo and menu overlap the background image like so:
You can do this using the Page Header add-on: https://generatepress.com/downloads/generate-page-header/
Hi Tom
I have bought all the plugins and watched the videos and still am none the wiser. The tutorial shows how to create a section with content and a parallax backing, but not with the menu and logo like the link i showed above.
Ps .. Well done on creating such a blazing fast framework. :)
This video should show you how: https://vimeo.com/160180419
Hi Tom,
I would like to know if it's possible to have an image as a background on Page Headers with transparent menu without any text on the Content, just the image.
Thanks!
You can simply add <!--This is a comment. Comments are not displayed in the browser--> as page header content.
If this doesn't help please open a new topic.
Thanks!
I figured out myself using a template tag for the featured image.
But thanks anyway!
Glad you figured out!

Hi, I can't find "Page Headers" in my Generatepress. I need to create a transparent header, where the menu overlaps the image.
Thanks.
Hi there.
Page Headers were replaced with the Elements module.
Go to Appearance > GeneratePress and enable Elements.
The you will find Appearance > Elements:
