Transparent header

For blogpost - I have set Merge with Content as "Merge" but still i cannot see the transparent header and only black header is coming but in the mobile version I can see that the transparent header is coming

Where can I see this issue?
The home page header element doesn't look like it has the merge option turned on.
Let me know :)
