transparent background menu in the aspire template

I am using the aspire template and it appears that the main top menu items and the logo are over laying the page featured image.

Where is this transparent setting for the top menu?

I also email image file for clarification

the site has a WordPress Maintenance page setup so you can not get to any page. I emailed support@generatepress.com and attached an image file.

Also note the issue may not be a setting but a css or js code.
