    Hi Tom,

    I would like to know if its possible to remove the background color of the secondary navigation and make it transparent so my header image shows through. Currently, the secondary navigation is in my header, float right. I have the premium add ons and tried using the the code I found in your forum
    .main-navigation {
    background: transparent;
    text-align: center;
    }
    however, when I paste it in the Hook”Before Header” add-on its just simple text. I think I have to add the css simple plug-in you suggested in another topic on the forum but when I went to view the plug in, it says in its Frequently asked questions:

    Will this Plugin work on my WordPress.com website?
    Sorry, this plugin is available for use only on self-hosted (WordPress.org) websites.

    What should I do?

    Thanks

    Hi there,

    First – I don’t think GP works with WordPress.com either, so you’re most likely using a self-hosted (WordPress.org) website.

    If you have Generate Colors enabled, you can go into the Customizer and simply remove the background color to the Secondary Nav in there.

    That’s the easiest solution 🙂

    Let me know if you have any issues with that.
