Words “Shipping” and “Shipping to” and some other words on cart and checkout pages are not translated properly, how could i translate it?

Hard to know where those strings are coming from without more information.

They could be GP Premium strings: https://translate.generatepress.com/

Or they could be from WooCommerce itself.

A plugin like Loco Translate might be worth checking out.
