Transitioning away from Sections

Hello,
Would someone please recommend a tutorial or video that could walk me through switching from Sections to the latest version of GeneratePress? I've been away from designing anything for a while, so I'm surprised to discover that the theme doesn't work the way it used to. In the past I just went in, added a few sections, and BLAM - I built a page.
Coming back to GeneratePress, I feel like I'm starting from square one. Are there any resources out there for people who are not professionals that can smooth out the transition for me? I just want to be able to add a couple of simple sections on top of each other for a one-page site, nothing crazy.

Hi Mike,
Are you using the Gutenberg/block editor?
If so try using GenerateBlocks: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/generateblocks/
The container blocks essentially replace Sections:

I'd say a good way to learn GB and the Gutenberg/block editor is to watch some of the template walkthrough videos available here:
