Top Shape with no margin on mobile

I've got the desktop page to look the way I want with the shape hard up against the bottom of the header but I can't get this to happen on mobile. See screen shot.
Hi Ian,
That space you see is from the margin-bottom set on mobile for the first container block of contents on that page.
It has one set to 40px. Removing it should remove the space. :D
