Top of Image and Top of Text in a Grid don't line up

I've done everything I can see to do and the top of my text and the top of my image in a grid don't line up.

If so, see the grey highlight on the text, thats the line-height of the text. And you can see that it does align with the image.
If you need to tweak the alignment then select the Container the text sits in and use negative top margin to move it up.
