Top Navigation Menu Not Working On Pages. ASPIRE

I am unable to get the menu to appear on the PAGES...It seems to be transparent with white text. It is working the way I want it to on individual POSTS.
What do I need to do to resolve this?

Try removing the Merge header element under Appearance > Elements.
