Top menu and logo disappeared

Hi,
I can only see the top menu and logo on the front page. Could you help me, please?
Oh, it is only on the Contac us page.
I am creating a new page, and in the preview, I can see the menu, but in the preview of contact us, I cannot.

Looks like the header is disabled on the contact page.
Can you check the disable element metabox?
