Top logo sizing

Sorry for all the questions!
I downloaded your GP logo and resized the width to fit in my own text - but when I load my site: http://davelynchwriter.com/
my Dave Lynch, Writer in black text on the white has a lot more padding around it than the GP box on the top of the GeneratePress site - how do I lessen the padding so the size is similar to yours?
You can use the Spacing add-on.
Go to "Customize > Element Spacing" and reduce the top and bottom header spacing.
