Top & bottom border on container

Hi everyone,
I have turned on a top and bottom border for a container (GP).
The container is not set to full width, but the borders are edge to edge - can't see why ?

It seems alright to me on desktop, isn't this what you see?

It does go edge to edge when screen gets smaller than the container width. If you don't want it that way, try add some left/ right margin to the container on tablet and mobile.

Yep all looks good now - I don't have a cache plugin installed on this development site, so odd that it took a hard refresh to come good!
