Top Bar thinner

Hi,

https://jennettestreasures.com/ I would like to make the top bar thinner. Nothing in it .... just a thin line. Maybe 2 to 4 pixels in height.

What do you suggest?

PS. It can be a line in CSS instead of a top bar.

Try

.top-bar{
height: 10px;
}

Adjust the number per your requirement.
