[Support request] top bar only on home page

My site is https://lyonelle.com
Only the home page has the top bar. It is not disabled on the other pages. If I go to customizer and go to the other pages, the widget is there but it does not show on the page. I have cleared my cache. Theme is up to date. So is plugin. Please advise. Thanks.

A plugin may be causing this. It’s likely Brizy.

It would be best to take a backup of your site before doing so.
