Top bar not visible

Hi guys
I've added a top bar widget, removed custom CSS from the header, but the top bar won't show. I'm using the default header.
What am I missing?

Hi there,
do you have any Layout Elements on the site that may be set to disable the Top Bar ?
If not can you try adding some text with a Text Widget to the top bar.
Thank you, Top Bar was disabled in layouts. I have unchecked that and added an HTML and text widget, but still nothing.
Its appearing if i change the language to anything but English - do you have separate Layout Elements for the different languages ?
