Top bar not visible in Safari

Hi, I couldn't figure out what causes this: I can see the top bar in every browser, on Windows and IOS, but my client says she can't see it even after clearing the cache.

What can be the reason for this?

Is the client able to test on a different network ? As the page may have been cached in a router or by the ISP
