[Support request] Top Bar, Menu and Hero disapear

Hello
After I added a section (with elementor) with the number, all my homepage layout collapsed… Gone the Hero, or the menu… However, they are still set up in my backend as displayed in homepage.. but cannot have them show up

Hi there,

You have Elementor canvas activated which removed all of the theme’s elements – hence canvas.

GP basically doesn’t exist when canvas is activated.

Indeed! If the page layout has been switched automatically to Canvas… I can put it back to Default. But why does it automatically switch the layout to Canvas each time I update the page?

Hi there,

if you’re in the Post Editor then that should not happen – you may want to check to see if there is a plugin conflict or check with Elementor support as to why its happening.
