TOP BAR in mobile view

Hi, there
I face to a little issue with a site:
I don't see the top bar in the mobile view, I can see it just on the blog page.
What can I do to fix this?

Hi there,
i checked a number of pages and posts and i can see the Top Bar. Can you make sure the browser caches have been cleared on the device ? If its still an issue can you try attaching the device to a different network, clear the caches again and recheck.

there is some problem with the cache in general: now I see the top bar but I can't see the phone number ...

Caches can be tricky ... the Router can cache a page, and so can the ISP. Sometimes they cache them for a long period of time. So can take a while to clear.
The missing Phone number is because the Phone changes it to a link.
Go to Customizer > Colors > Top Bar and change the Link Color to something different.
