October 15, 2020 at 10:04 pm #1491374JoseHello team,
I found my email marketing software allows me to place top bars, but it disappears once you click it.
I would like to have the GP top bar like that one on the entire site.
You can see it here:

October 16, 2020 at 1:56 am #1491571DavidStaffCustomer SupportHi there,
so you want the Top Bar to remain even after the button is clicked ?
If so the easiest method would be to use GenerateBlocks Plugin and the Block Element:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/block-element-overview/
You can create your own Container Block with a Grid Block to containg a Headline and Buttons block.
Then choose Hook >above_header
to position it.October 21, 2020 at 11:44 pm #1499323JoseExcellent David.
I played today with GenerateBlocks. It’s awesome, bye-bye Elementor.
This “Top-bar” thread is resolved.
Now I have a couple of questions about GenerateBlocks. I will look for documentation and let you know if I cant make it.
So far I created this page with GB https://proyectovidaplena.com/programas/
I dont know how to make the container Full-width like you have in GB home page.
Right now the layout of this page is set via Elements to 1180px and clicked Full-Width in the block, maybe there is the conflict…Thank you.
Jose
PS.
Once you offer GP Premium for purchase, I’ll buy it.October 22, 2020 at 2:07 am #1499454DavidStaffCustomer SupportIn your Elements Layout remove the Content width value and set the Container to Full Width.
Then construct your pages using a the Container Block, they will now automatically be full width, and you can set the Inside Container Width to whatever you require.October 22, 2020 at 4:22 am #1499600JoseHi David,
I followed your directions but not success.
1) I created the element “Generetablock Full Width” with settings you mentioned.
2) Display rules for 2 pages /programas /generateblocks
3) Created New page https://proyectovidaplena.com/generateblocks
Now the Container-Block is set fullwidth *while editing in the WYSIWGY the page is full width but once published is contained within 700px w/40 padding both side :/You can see in this screenshot:

Thanks
October 22, 2020 at 4:37 am #1499617DavidStaffCustomer SupportDid you import a site from the Site Library ? As it may have applied some custom CSS that is restricting the content ( which would be in Customizer > Additional CSS ).
If not then make sure you don’t have any other Layout Elements that is setting the Content width for Pages.
Still stuck – share me a link where i can see the issue.
October 22, 2020 at 4:45 am #1499628JoseHi David,
You are right, the issue was a conflicting Layout Element.
Now its working!Thank you for your time.
