Toolbar options not visible

Hi, not sure you've come across this, but in the page editor, the toolbar options are not visible.
e.g. when clicking the following to change from paragraph to "heading", for example, the option that usually appears, does not show!
Any thoughts?

That's strange, I haven't experienced that.
Does it work in the default editor (Sections turned off)?

Yes, its just when I'm editing something in a section. When they're not activated, the popup menu appears normally! Thx
Interesting, so does deactivating any of your plugins fix the issue in Sections?
Just for your info, and if anyone else has the problem. This was the offending plugin:
Black Studio TinyMCE Widget
It stops the options appearing in section edit!
