Toolbar is missing

Toolbar is missing on all roles except administrator. I made sure "Show Toolbar when viewing site" is checked. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

I'm not sure, it should show for all logged in users by default unless you have a plugin restricting that.
hmm, the only thing i have is bbpress and buddypress. I guess I should deactvate them to see if one of them is the culprit. Oh, I have woocommerce too.

Worth deactivating them to check, but I don't think that's the issue.
Hard to know exactly what's going on - might be a good question for the WordPress.org support forum.
It is Woocommerce causing this issue. I will turn to them for an answer.
