Toggle to switch off page titles / entry titles in admin has disappeared

Hi Folks
Have not come across this one in any of my generate themes before but the toggle for switching page titles/entry titles on and off has disappeared from all admin pages in the theme. It is not only invisible due to some css issue, but the code responsible for it is actually missing on inspection when compared to some of my other generate sites that don't have the issue.
Some points to note:
1. I am using the latest version of both GP and GP premium
2. I have a child theme installed and have tried to find the issue by switching between both themes without any luck
3. I have a dev version of the site installed on another domain, I have deactivated all plugins on this site but the issue still persists
4. Disable elements is active on both versions of the site
5. This site was working fine throughout the build and the issue just appeared last friday
I really can't put my finger on anything out of the ordinary I did prior to this to trigger such an issue so your assistance would be very much appreciated

Hi Matt,
I tried logging in to your website and correspondingly found that from my end, the Layout section where you may disable certain elements is visible.

I could also see this section for Posts as well.
Moreover, I also tried creating a Block Element, and found the the options to disable certain elements on Element type “Page Hero” were available as well.

Perhaps you are you referring to another toggle? Maybe this is the toggle coming from WordPress itself, which was recently removed by WordPress from the recent update.
Moreover, if you’re not seeing these functionalities on your end, could you try using a different browser or a different device to rule out caching or browser and device issues if you did indeed include a CSS to previously hide this functionality.

thanks for the reply. It looks like what I may have been referring to was the WordPress default toggle as seen here in yellow... https://ibb.co/VWQD2jW.
ok I see what you mean about the disable elements box, I did not realise we could remove the content title from there, i have just been doing it with that top toggle previously, so i will do it from disable elements box from now on.

Yes, the functionality shown in your screenshot was the one removed by WordPress in the recent update.
