[Support request] TOC sticky under header on mobile?

Hi,

I have a website with a TOC on the bottom of the page that are built with grid where one column have an item list as questions and the second column have the answers. Please see it here: https://bit.ly/34Xe48M
On desktop it works well the first column is sticked and then you can scroll between the answers. One thing that I want here is when you are at a current topic it should highlight the item is that possible?

The second is on mobile i want the TOC to be sticky under the header, just like these guys: https://bit.ly/3LvVdT0
if you browse their website on mobile and you scroll way down on their home page you can see the table of content gets sticked right under the header and depending on what question you are at the TOC is showing the question.

Is there a way of accomplish this?

Hi there,

both of those requirements would require a ToC plugin or more likely custom development i am afraid. Its not something the Theme can do and its out of this forums scope.
