TOC+ and Menu link in mobile header

Hello, I have a problem when this plugin and menu in mobile header. The link don´t run when a toc table is in the page. Example here:
https://www.opositia.com/oposiciones-instituciones-penitenciarias/
If I delete the toc table run perfectly. If I disable mobile header run correctly too.

It hasn't been updated over a year...
