To Child Theme or Not...

Hi, I just downloaded Generate Press along with the premium package and I'm going to use it with the Beaver Builder Page Builder to design my site.
Is this all a person needs to start customizing their website or do you need to install a child theme?
I'm coming from Genesis Framework and one of their child themes.

Hi Rob,
Child theme is definitely not required. You can make a website as it is.
But if you plan on adding lots of custom CSS or modify any theme file then it might not be a bad idea.
