And set the Display Rules to the Blog.

1. Appearance > Elements --> Add New Element. Choose Block Element.
2. In the Element Type select Page Hero.
3. In the Editor area add a Container Block and inside add a Headline Block, add the text you want displayed eg. Blog
4. Set the Display Rules > Location to Blog
