Assign Title css class to Menu Item

In the Brand theme, there are two types of custom link menu items on the left hand side, a larger uppercase one and a default one. The upper case menu items seemed to be altered trough "title" css class, the other ones are the default. How do I create a new custom link menu item with the "Title" css class?
