Title font size remaining constant

I don't know what is happening with my site, I wanted to display my headings at different font size but it showing constant like 28px. What is happening please, help me.

you're loading Bootstrap CSS on your site which is overriding the customizer settings.
No easy way around it - other then removing bootstrap.
Can you help me on, how I can remove bootstrap?
Its being loaded from a CDN so i cannot see what is requesting it.
If you haven't added any functions to load it - then it would be a plugin that is requesting it - you can find out which by disabling plugins.
Hey, David. I found the problem, yes it is being loaded from a CDN that I used to display bullet list of articles below author. so, after removing the CDN and all stuff, I see my bullet list seems to be on a single page rather than side by side.
Basically, I want my page to be like this (image) under every category, for that I am using Hooks. Help me to achieve similar to pic as mentioned above.
