Ricardo
Hello,
I have GeneratePress in two installations.
https://ricardomaluf.com.br
https://loja.ricardomaluf.com.brBoth of them do not save the font configuration in the customizer. I select the font QUESTRIAL, but I get Arial. I already tried to clean the cache of server and brownser, with no success. The problem happens in the title of the site and several other places.
Can you help please?
Thanks
Ricardo

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Looks like it’s working for me:
https://www.screencast.com/t/0hbZa9ocGaqCan you try using browser incognito mode?

Hello Leo,
Yes, indeed this one site implements the right font just for the homepage and blog posts. Pages do not load with the right font. See this one:
https://ricardomaluf.com.br/cursos/curso-de-autoconhecimento-eu-real/
And in this other site bellow, even the homepage does not show the right font:
https://loja.ricardomaluf.com.brI tried incognito and the same happened.

StaffCustomer SupportCan’t see any obvious issues here.
Are you using a child theme? If so can you switch to a parent theme first?
If no, can you disable all plugins except GP Premium?

Looks like the problema is solved when I activated the mother theme. Thanks a lot!

Leo,
Now I am thinking: What is going to happen when you actualize the theme? How can I have a child theme that works here? Thanks

StaffCustomer SupportHmm so something in your child theme was causing the issue.
Try this empty child theme here:
