Title and Meta description

In the Lighthouse report, Google is requiring a title and Meta description for this:
Where do I find it so I can add what Google wants?

Hi there,
You wouldn't add the title and description to the html tag, they would go in the <head> section.

Before you had a chance to respond, I realized I was missing a closing </script> in the head section which was causing the request for the htmltag. I added it before you checked but thank you for responding. You guys provide great support for a great theme.
