Thumbnails on product gallery not showing

Hi there
When I upload a new product image to my gallery, the thumbnail image does not show. A small picture icon shows instead - when this is clicked the correct image shows as the main image in the gallery. I have installed the regenerate thumbnail plugin and regenerated the images plus I have also flushed my cache. It happens in all browsers

can you disable the SG Optimizer so i can take a closer look?
Sorry, I thought I had done that already. It's now disabled.
Are you using any other image optimization plugins ? or any scripts that say fix missing width / height attributes on images ?
No, not that I am aware of. I use SG Optimizer and I have tried disabling all other plugins and changing the theme but still no luck.
They are working for me now -- what changed ?
I reset the permalink structure. Having eliminated everything else it was the only thing I could think of 😀

Thanks for checking David. I am still getting issues as the gallery thumbnail image was not being generated (the URL went to blank page). All seems to be working fine now though.
Its very peculiar, i wonder why that would happen.
I know that woo updated their code to delay the loading of the Thumbnails using Javascript so they could inject the missing width and height attributes, but that should not break the image. Particularly as no 400 errors were being generated.
If it re-occurs, it might be worth raising it with woo.
I have disabled lazy load for thumbnails on the SG Optimizer plugin. Maybe there was a conflict.
