Thumbnails not resizing

Trying to get thumbnails to display a different size without a hard crop so photos of vertical products like dishwashers and fridges aren't cropped top and bottom. Make the changes in WooCommerce -> Products ->Display, but no changes appear on the site. Am I missing something?
If you're changing the image sizes in WooCommerce, you'll have to regenerate your thumbnails: https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
I've done that several times. I've even added new products with new pictures in the hopes of not having memory cached. Also deleted the cache for the page in WP Super Cache
Hmm, and I'm assuming the hard crop checkbox is unchecked in the WC settings? It might be something you need to bring up with their support team unfortunately, as GP doesn't output those images.
