Thumbnail Regeneration

Hi,
My blog is image centric and the uploads folder had become a bulky 1.7 GB.. When I checked I found that there were thumbnails of different sizes for each folder, from the earlier themes and other settings.
I used "Thumbnail Cleaner" to clean and regenerate the thumbnails. But am stuck with a problem.
While customizing I had set the size of my featured image as 800x375 in the settings for the theme. But the thumbnail regeneration created thumbnails of the specified size in the media settings but not the ones in the theme settings.
How do I regenerate those thumbnails?

Hi there,
the Featured Image sizes in the blog are an auto resizer. So they should automatically update. If they havent, then set the sizes back to auto, save it and then change them back to the sizes you need.
