I'm not aware of a solution for this. The media settings are a WP core option and the theme does not have any control over it.

If you are using GB's image block then you can set specific sizes on mobile:

Can you please help me in setting opacity of featured image so that title may become clearly visible over the image. I am using INFO template with Generate blocks.
