Thumbnail Image not showing in excerpts in homepage

Even I tried using the more tag,But still thimbnail image is not showing in excerpts in home page

I had edited topic and put my site link. Now I tried using some code in function.php.Now it is working.

Could you tell me how to make thumbnail to show without code.
