Thumbnail Image in sider Theme Not Same Size

Hai...
I use the Sider Theme, And in Thumbnail image in home page is not same size, how to fix it?
Hi there,
I usually like to make sure the images are the same size before uploading.
Or you can use the featured image resizer in the customizer:

If you only entered height, then the width would be auto.
