thrive leads widget won't appear on blog

Hi,
I cannot get my thrive leads widget to show up on my site. I've confirmed it's connected to my mailing list, I've cleared the cache (using WP-Optimize), I've selected the "lazy load" option in Thrive Leads.
I cannot find anything else on any help forums for how to address this. I do not code and I don't know how to use CSS.

Where is the widget supposed to show up?
Any chance you've checked with Thrive's support first?
