Three sections for Menu Items

Hey Guys
I am trying to set up a header similar to this here: https://www.aa.edu/
It has three sections. Wondering what is the best way to go about creating this?

Try using the top bar for the first section:

Header and navigation for the second section:

Secondary navigation for the third section:

That worked great! Looks good on the desktop. How would I go about for mobile to have all these in one mobile dropdown?
You can create a new menu which includes all the items:

Then use the off canvas panel on mobile only:
