Three breakpoints for header menu

Hello
Currently there are two breakpoints:
mobile with hamburger menu
then 1024px with the header where the logo and the title are on the left and the menu on the right
I will want an intermediate position (to prevent the menu from showing on two or three lines) where the logo and title line up in the middle and below the menu line up in the middle on a single line.

It's a simple development that I just started locally to build from scratch but with the premium theme from genertae press.

In the topbar I would also like to put social network icons to the right.
In Customizer > Layout > Primary Navigation you can set the Navigation Drop Point. By setting a higher value will cause the Navigation to drop below the header.

My mobile menu is there but it is not realy visible, I want to add 3. see screenshot below
