Those little videos in the documentation

Hi,
How do you make those videos where you show people which things to press and where things are located in the dashboard? They are only a couple seconds long and not a full-fledged "video."
I'd like to make some for a guide I'm doing - all leads are appreciated!

Hi there,
i am not sure what application Tom ( and Leo ) use - but those are simply animated GIF files, most screen recording or video editing applications allow you to generate GIFs.
Ill pass on to the team to ask what app they use

I really like gifcam, but now I get these little notifications popping out the side of my computer, and it has slowed my computer down as well. Is it possible to keep the gifcam (which is GREAT) but get rid of those notifications?

I never get any notifications so I wouldn't know unfortunately.
You will need to check with their support.
