There is no Hook Element

i want to add social share button at the end of every posts

i didn't found out the hook element.
So, what should i do to add share button at the end of every posts
And why my GP Premium Version still have the version 1.10, i also have checked this link https://generatepress.com/account/, but the lastest version still 1.10.00

go to Appearance > GeneratePress and enable the Elements module.
GP Premium 1.10 is the latest release.
We will be releasing 1.11 for alpha/beta testing this month.
