I receive this error “There has been a critical error on your website” every time I try to customize anything on GeneratePress.

I found another thread where PHP memory was the issue. My host upped it to 512 and it didn’t work.

It’s not a plugin conflict (tested it without any plugins activated). Any ideas?

    Hi there,

go to Dashboard > Tools > Site Health
Check if there are any issues being displayed.
If there isn’t go to to Info tab > Server and check the PHP Version. That should be a 7.x version.

The PHP version is 7.0.something so I will get them to update that and then retry. Thanks!

Upgraded to 7.2 and still getting the same error. 7.3/7.4 didn’t work either
