Looking at the reports, the most common issue is “Reduce initial server response time”.

This particular issue is normally addressed by getting a better webhost/server to serve your websites.

Other reports like “Eliminate render-blocking resources” is addressed by using optimization plugins to improve how your site is loaded.

Most users here normally use WP Rocket, SG Optimizer, Litespeed Cache or Autoptimize plugin to optimize their site.

Optimization requires fine tuning, the setting will vary on each site.

You can try that and see if you get any performance improvements. Getting a better server should address most of the loading issues especially Reduce initial server response time.
